Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHELENA MIDDLETON (nee UNGER) Peacefully on March 10, 2004, after a short battle with lung cancer, Helena Middleton passed away at Riverview Health Centre. Helena was born on May 6, 1934 and had lived in Niverville, Matlock and Winnipeg. She was predeceased by her husband Wally Zalutsky; brothers, Dave and Hank; and sister Kay. She is survived by son Kim; daughter Lee; grandchildren, Jim and Kristen; great-grandson Tristan; daughter-in-law Joanne; sisters, Mary and Anne; brothers, Jake and Neil and sister-in-law Georgie and numerous nieces and nephews. Kim and Lee wish to express their gratitude to the staff, nurses and doctors involved in their mothers care and comfort on 3E at Riverview Health Centre, the Palliative Care Unit and CancerCare Manitoba. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, March 12 at 6:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Flowers are gratefully declined, donations may be made in Helenas memory to the Riverview Health Centre Foundation or CancerCare Manitoba.
